Colorado State Senator Retires Amidst Sexual Harassment Allegations
A Colorado State Senator accused of sexual harassment has retired from office. Senator Randy Baumgartner was accused of groping a former legislative aide in 2016. An independent investigation found the allegations to be credible. Accusations also arose that Baumgartner created a hostile work environment.
